Review:

I have been reading the Chronicles Of Narnia books for around 30 years now, and I still read them from time to time. I would have to say that the movie is a very good adaptation of the book. Obviously, some things were changed a bit, but overall, it followed the book pretty closely. The scenery in the movie was just gorgeous. Georgie Henley and Skandar Keynes have definitely improved their acting since The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe. The acting by the rest of the cast was okay, but not stellar. I liked the books, and so far, I like the movies. I definitely plan on buying the DVD when it comes out. I just hope they can do as well with the 5 remaining books as they did with this one.

Something kind of amusing occured to me when I was watching this... When I saw The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe, I thought that the girl who plays Susan, Anna Popplewell looks a lot like a girl I know at church. In Prince Caspian, Georgie Henley is beginning to look a lot like her younger sister.

My Rating:
9/10
