Review:
To be honest, I really don't care what the critics think of this movie, I liked it. It's a good movie on its own, or as the first chapter of the Star Wars saga. I still remember seeing it in the theater, and the thrill running down my spine, as the first notes of the opening theme came booming out of the speakers. Sure, the acting may not be the best, but was Mark Hamill any better in Episode 4? Acting aside, the story and the special effects draw you into the movie. This is one of those movies that you don't watch, you experience. This is definitely one of my top ten movies, along with the other 4 episodes (and episode 3 when it comes out.)
My Rating:
9/10
